Accommodation – now open. Rooms available through the accommodation department range in price from USD100-380/night and are in Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
Workshop applications – now open, closes 15 February. Public submission of workshops aimed at Scientific Development, Leadership & Accountability Development and Community Skills Development, which will be classified according to levels of experience and expertise of the target audience (foundation, intermediate and advanced levels). Programme Activity applications – now open, closes 15 February. Public submissions are sought for the Global Village and Youth Programme. Activities include Global Village Sessions (panel discussions, debates and presentations with opportunities for Q&A), Networking Zones (spaces for groups focused on particular populations or geographic regions where the groups can meet and conduct their own activities and engage with delegates and the public visiting the Global Village), live performances of music, dance and theatre, videos and documentaries about HIV and human rights, NGO and Marketplace Booths and Art Exhibits (including sculpture, installations, photos and paintings). Application guidelines are available at this link. Satellite subscriptions – now open, close 31 March. Booked through ISET. Satellites are available in two formats, Standard and Mini (session hall capacity), with the option of a 90-msinute or 120-minute time slot. More information is available here.
Exhibition subscriptions – now open, close 25 May. Booked through ISET. The exhibition hall has over 7,000 square metres of space. Exhibition space costs USD 475 per square metre for both commercial and non-commercial organizations. Exhibitors can then build their own booth or will be able to purchase a standard booth, available in two sizes - 9 and 18 sqm.
